In what looks like a show of shame, Mr. Ifeanyi Ugwu Raphael, an Obiaruku born lecturer in the department of Theatre Arts, Delta State University, Abraka was at the weekend allegedly caught in a girls’ hostel while attempting to rape the student.

Our investigation revealed that the 400 level student (Name withheld) in the same department with the lecturer was having his course ‘THA 203’ as an extension and that the lecturer has been enticing her with upgrading the scores to enable her scare through if she agrees to sleep with him. The girls’ refusal to play along it was said was the reason he has been failing her since 200 level.
