DELTA 2015: IKPEAZU DUMPS ORUBEBE FOR AN ANIOMA ASPIRANT

The governorship ambition of former
minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Elder
Godsday Orubebe, has suffered another set back as his Director of Media and Publicity, Chief Alex Ikpeazu resigns from Delta Peoples Forum.

His resignation is coming on the heels as another media coordinator to Orubebe, Barr. Mary Agbajoh left unceremoniously.

Chief Ikpeazu who hails from Ika, Delta north discrict sighted equity, good conscience and the fellow's integrity as the reason for dumping the one time 'infamous' minister.

He said "to maintain peaceful co-existence in our state now and beyond 2015, it makes sense to approach this sensitive issue not on the basis of zoning, but on the alter of equity, good conscience and the fellow's integrity. I hereby resign my position as the Director of Media and Publicity of Delta Peoples Forum(DPF)."

Elder Orubebe is from Delta south, the same zone with the incumbent governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan.

RE: RISING BEYOND BARS.....The pathetic story of a Delta man in prison.

Prince Harrison

Barr. Mary Agbajoh
AN INSIDER'S ACCOUNT.:

During further investigation into this case, ACW-News contacted some individuals that have one thing or the other to do with it. Below is our findings :

My Name is.Inspector..........(withheld for security reasons), a serving Policeman at Legal department of State C.I.D Panti Yaba Lagos and assigned to DPP Lagos state. As the state Laison Officer, am in charge of every criminal case-files coming into DPP Lagos for legal advice from all over the state both from SARS Ikeja where Harrison was detained, Zone 2 Command Hq and even from FCID Alagbon between 2004 and 2010 before when i went to Sudan for Peacekeeping Operation.
When i had the sympathetic story of Harrison, like every other Delta Indigene i felt concerned, felt worried of the fact for a promising young man like him and being that am a police officer serving in Lagos and being closer to SARS i went to SARS to search for him , but unfortunately he has been charged to court and remanded n Kirikiri Medium Prison. The following Saturday i proceeded to the Prisons to see him and after seeing and discussing with him he gave me the insight of the Magistrate court 27 Ikeja where the matter is as at then. I proceeded to the court and met the Prosecutor, also a Police officer who is not only a friend but also from Legal Department of SCID too.

DELTA 2015: WHEN ELDER ORUBEBE CRAWLS ON HIS KNEELS

It was reported sometime ago of an intended plan to visit jailed former governor, James Ibori in his UK prison abode by governorship aspirant and sacked former minister, Godsday Orubebe with the help of Chief Amori Aghoyota.

The news now is that in what appears to be a desperate bid to win the 2015 Delta State governorship election, the out of favour former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Elder Godsday Orubebe, has visited and begged Chief James Ibori, a former governor of Delta State, for forgiveness and support.

It was revealed that Orubebe crawled on his knees and even shed tears while trying to explain his role in the whole saga that led to the arrest of the former governor of the
state.

DELTA 2015: EK CLARK KNOCKS OUT ORUBEBE.

Elder Godsday Peter Orubebe
That the Ijaw born ex Minister for Niger Delta Affairs has been relieved of his post is no longer a news. What has become a new revelation is the role played by Chief EK Clark a fellow kinsman of Mr Orubebe in shoving him out of the federal cabinet.

Chief EK Clark, highly considered the grand dad of Delta state politics and one of the right hand men of President Jonathan was said not to have hidden his displeasure on Mr Orubebe and his corrupt tendencies as it concerns his role in the East West road contract.

REALITY CHECK: Elder Orubebe’s Ministerial Appointment, Fruitful or Wasted..?

Elder Godsday Orubebe

East-West road
Elder Godsday Orubebe is the minister of Niger Delta Affairs. Before this appointment, he was a supervisory councilor and later rose to a local government chairman of Burutu local government council.

That this elder is seeking the mandate of Deltants is not in doubt, however, what is in doubt on the minds of the electorates would be his ability to perform when entrusted with the leadership of the entire state.
