REALITY CHECK: Elder Orubebe’s Ministerial Appointment, Fruitful or Wasted..?

Elder Godsday Orubebe

East-West road
Elder Godsday Orubebe is the minister of Niger Delta Affairs. Before this appointment, he was a supervisory councilor and later rose to a local government chairman of Burutu local government council.

That this elder is seeking the mandate of Deltants is not in doubt, however, what is in doubt on the minds of the electorates would be his ability to perform when entrusted with the leadership of the entire state.

The ministry straddles 9 states of the south south region, but it is only known or associated with the East –West road which is yet to see the light of the day.

What can the minister who is yet to deliver on this project be entrusted with the governorship of a diverse state like Delta?

What has his 4 years of ministerial position as our eye, ear and mouth in Jonathan’s government brought to us…?

Can we say his appointment is WASTED OR FRUITFUL…???

Deltans, Have your say, this is your parliament!
