Asaba- The Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education, Mr Patrick Ukah, his counterpart Charles Aniagwu who heads Information and the Director General, Orientation Bureau, Barrister Uzum Eugene, yesterday 5th March 2020 received the Governors of South South Geopolitical zone at Asaba International Airport.

The governors came to meet with their chairman, Senator Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa.

Uzum, a lawyer cum politician while mentoring the youths on a "45 Minutes With Uzum" with the theme 'Youths And Leadership, The Missing Link' defined leadership as the human mechanism which encompasses the ability to chronicle all definitions of leadership itself, internalize it to manage people, situations and create solutions to issues in a given clime.
