2019: SENATORIAL ASPIRANT SET TO DUMP PDP FOR SDP

With less than 4 months before the People’s Democratic Party, PDP senatorial primaries, concrete facts have emerged that one of the Delta north senatorial aspirant, and a Muslim promoter, Alhaji Ned Nwoko may have perfected plans to formally decamp to the newly registered party, the Social Democratic Party of Nigeria, SDP to realise his ambition.

 According to impeccable source who hinted Delta Decides, the Muslim cleric cum politician has see the clear evidence that the leadership of the party, PDP in the zone have found him not good enough to fly its flag.



"Alhaji Nwoko has instructed his loyalist to begin to align and attend SDP meetings in the state", the source disclosed.

However, this attitude is not strange as his campaign posters was design without party insignia. Another source who craved anonymity revealed to Delta Decides that this senatorial hopeful has paid for an office that is now serving as State secretariat located along Benin/Onitsha Express Way, before Coker junction, Asaba.

It would be recalled that Alhaji Nwoko defected from PDP to DPP in 2011 general elections where he contested against senator Ifeanyi Okowa, but was flatly defeated.
