As Deltans prepare for the 2019 general elections, a Special Assistant on Youth Mobilization to the state governor, Hon. Kennedy Ochei has declared that the reelection of governor Ifeanyi Okowa is a settled issue.
Ochei who stated this in Asaba while playing host to the executives of Indomitable, a socio-political pressure group advised other intending aspirants not to waste their money.
He said; "I'm advising politicians who intend to contest against Governor Okowa not to waste their money because governorship is already settled."
"Gov. Okowa is the only governor that gave the youth hope that they are the leaders of tomorrow in this country"
"I urge individuals to use their money to help develop and empower people, he added.
