Ambassador Ochei Kennedy is a philanthropist who has helped the poor and vulnerable through his pet project, Ochei Kennedy Foundation.
Ochei, who is also a Special Assistant on Political Matters to the Governor of Delta Delta hails from Igbodo, an egalitarian community in Ika North East Local Government Area.
