Ambassador Ochei Kennedy is a philanthropist who has helped the poor and vulnerable through his pet project, Ochei Kennedy Foundation.
Ochei, who is also a Special Assistant on Political Matters to the Governor of Delta Delta hails from Igbodo, an egalitarian community in Ika North East Local Government Area.
A Pan Deltan in nature, Amb. Ochei doesn't wear his value as a badge but gives life to them through his philanthropic activities spanning throughout the State.
He believes that, the people of Delta State stands at the threshold of great possibilities and wants, which is his driver, decimating poverty, and lack through his numerous support programs
Synchronizing his kind disposition towards Deltans, the Special Assistant to the Governor on political matter's, has densely supported his community and those around him with life long empowerment packages, reemphasizing the importance of true leadership by ex amplifying all that are dear to him
