Etuonu who spoke to News men in his country home Abavo yesterday 11th April 2020 gave reasons why Deltans should adhere strictly to the government precautionary measures to contain the spread of COVID-19 Pandemic.
Making further analysis, Mr. Benjamin Etuonu asserted that the reason for the government stay - at -home order was to enable government fight the COVID-19 Pandemic as well as prevent it from spreading.
He remunerated the achievements of Governor Okowa noting that the good people of Delta are already enjoying the dividends of a responsibile government.
He said, " I am wishing deltans a wonderful and joyous Easter Celebration while we strictly adhere to government guidlines on how to contain this Virulent Pandemic. "
Etuonu who spoke at lent with News Men stated that the reason for the death was for our redemption which is a symbol of love.
He also urged Christians to show the manner of love Jesus showed men to humanity while also having strong faith in the death and Resurrection power of Christ Jesus, which is capable of healing our land and delivering us from this virulent Pandemic ravaging the world.
" At this point in time, we need to demonstrate faith as Christians and believers of Christ our Lord." He added.
