The good people of Ughelli North Constituency two has since last Week Taken to the Streets Jubilating  and Celebrating the Declaration of Hon Prince Eric Oharisi as the Winner of the March 9th 2019 General Elections by the Appeal Court sitting in Benin.

Hon. Prince Eric Oharisi, was the Majority Whip of the 6th Assembly of the Delta State House of Assembly who Recontested under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, but was denied his Mandate as the Winner of the said Election.

But just as it is said that Destiny can never be Denied so also Hon. Prince Eric Oharisi's Mandate to Represent the Good people of Ughelli North Constituency II was restored after a Deliberate Denial and Subchanged with one Mr. Moses Anuaghe, an APC Chieftain.



While they were trying to Unturned the Divine Arrangement of Hon. Prince Oharisi's Electoral Victory, God was busy Rearranging the Situation, Exposing and Causing Wrangle in the Camp of his Enemies.

This is evidenced in the judgement read and delivered by the court of First instance as well as the Appeal Court.

Meanwhile, Hon Prince Eric Oharisi Tuesday 26th November 2019 was sworn in Accordingly by the Speaker of the House, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborivwore  as he Took Oath of Allegiance and Office.

The Inauguration ceremony was followed by a Reception at the Asaba Residence of the Prince.
The event powerfully Drew all Constituents and Dignitaries Across all works of life including Traditional rulers, Chiefs, Political leaders in Delta State and Colleagues in the house who came in their numbers to Celebrate him on the God Divine Victory.
 The Speaker of the house immediately after the oath of office Announced Hon Prince Eric Oharisi as the Chairman, House Committee on Science and Technology. While the announcement made, members of various committees cited that his wealth of experience and dedication of service to Deltans Earned him that, with his passion to serve the general populace is second to non.

Meanwhile, those who graced the occasion were, Top Government Functionaries, his colleagues Members of the DTHA, Political Appointees across the state, PDP Leadership in Ughelli North and Delta State Atlarge, HRM. Wilson Ojakovo Oharisi III, Ovie of Ughelli Kingdom, HRM Richard, the Ovie of Agbarha Kingdom, representatives of Odion Ode of Uwheru Kingdom & Osu Ivie of Agbarho Kingdom respectively.
