WARRI- With less than 27 days to the Presidential and National Assembly elections, the people of Uvwie may be disenfranchised following their inability to get their PVCs.
According to some residents, they trooped in to the office of the
Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC to collect their cards
but was only told by officials of the commission that their PVCs have
not arrived.
