The Director - General, Delta State Orientation Bureau, Barr. Azuka Eugene Uzum, has today, 27 October 2019, felicitated with the Senior Special Assistant On Youth Mobilisation, Hon. Emeka Asiwe and the Principal Secretary to the Delta State Governor, Hon. Hillary Obioma Ibegbulem on their birthdays.
Barr. Uzum who is also the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Uzumnism Leadership Network (ULN) in his good Will message made known to Pressmen in his Abuja Residence said that Hon. Hillary Obioma Ibegbulem and Emeka are good products of Senator Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa and as such, deserves to be celebrated on their special day.
The out - spoken Orientation Boss noted that Hon. Hillary Obioma Ibegbulem, and Emeka Asiwe are leaders who feel the pangs of their followers.
