The Special Assistant to Delta State Governor on Youth Mobilization, Hon Kennedy Ochei has congratulated Barr. Victor Ebonka on his election as the Chairman of Ika northeast local government council at the recently concluded Delta state local government council poll.

In a congratulatory message, on Wednesday, Hon. Ochei said Barr. Ebonka's election indicated the full confidence of the people of Ika northeast on his ability to lead them.

Hon. Ochei welcomed Barr. Ebonka's election assuring that the people of Ika northeast would cooperate with him and his new team to enhance cordial relations and welfare of the people in furtherance of Gov. Okowa's S.M.A.R.T  Agenda of “Prosperity for All Deltans.”
