Chief Onyeluka Nwaoboshi on Tuesday proved why he is fondly regarded as the ''ORACLE'' of Delta state politics. This Anioma born political wizard took his time while addressing some party faithfuls to zoom into the particles of what can be rightly considered the forensic analysis of the genesis of the PDP in Delta state.
Listening to this man speaks gives you the confidence that he is in and out a PDP lord in Delta state,not just by his position but by the mere facts that the history of the PDP in Delta state is in his palm.

In a reminiscent effort to prove and put all political neophytes into sleep on the question of zoning within the party in the state, Chief Nwaoboshi spelt out what was of the party from its inception and highlighted on the various political activities and agreements reached by the founding fathers of the party in the state to put the party in a strong footing as it is today.


Chief Nwaoboshi laughed off all the new converts into the party who were possibly somewhere doing some other things when the party was being put in place in the state but who have come now to peddle rumours over what they know not about. Akin to the Anioma proverb that '' When a person who was not present when a corpse was buried attempts to excavate same corpse without asking questions, the person will end up doing so from the wrong end'' Chief Nwaoboshi lamented the activities of people he considered new converts and how much they love power that they have started jumping about in expectation that something might happen so to their advantages.

The ''Oracle'' explained how the founding fathers of the party in the state held unaccountable meetings just to ensure that the party has a strong foundation in the state considering the diverse nature of the state. He explained that one of the things the founding fathers did was to look at the party in the state from the federal level and decided to tailor the structure alongside that of the country.. He explained that the founding fathers had agreed that the best way to make the party the strongest in the state was to carry everybody along as well as shelter all geo political zones in the state under the BIG UMBRELLA of the party.
He recollected how the former governor Chief James Ibori emerged and how the party chairmanship was zoned to Delta South, so also other important positions.

When questioned on the rationale behind other zones contesting the governorship position when it was already zoned to a particular senatorial district,Chief Nwaoboshi laughed and explained that in politics,'Majority may have their say but a few do have their way'' He added that it was all in the beauty of democracy fopr those who were not there at the beginning. He also touched on the emergence of Dr Uduaghan from Delta South and why it is now the turn of Delta North to produce the governor.
Chief Nwaoboshi rounded up by paying tribute to President Jonathan for his transparent leadership within the party and also Chief EK Clark.

To cap it all, the Chief posit that come 2015, it is the turn of Delta North(Anioma) to produce the governor of the state.
