The Executive Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Orientation, Barr. Eugene Uzum felicitates with his boss, the Governor of Delta State, Sen. Dr. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa on his 59th birthday. The Orientation guru describes the Governor of Delta State as a unique person full of ideas and energy, a God-sent to Deltans to put smiles on their faces. He also stated that, Governor Okowa is a father, mentor and above all, a politically experienced man. A man who God has destined for quality leadership. Deltans are happy with the winds of prosperity blowing across the state because of Governor's development strides and also making lives better for Deltans through his SMART agenda.
In his poetic statement, Barr. Uzum eulogies the Governor of Delta State, saying;
"We saw your STARS coming. We pursued with passion over the mountains & hills. Men spoke but God finally capped it all.
Your Excellency, you've demonstrated quality leadership with the SMART initiatives. Your lifestyle is our Orientation"
