Okowa Denies His Responsibility, Says," Delta Not Owing Workers Salary"

Ifeanyi Okowa

By Agboje Chuks
I read with shock and great dismay the reply made in favour of Delta State government over a publication published by vanguard news paper dated 28, Tuesday, November 2017 on the status of workers salaries .

In the reply, I was puzzled as I perceived the reply by Patrick Ukah, the Commissioner of information, Delta State , Nigeria, as scuzzy, odious and misleading with highly vitiated motive and fixated make-up as many Deltans are still Sick with the deep-rooted lies  that is keeping them in wonderment as he laid claim that okowa is not owing workers salary.

We, in the context of deceit perceives it as scurrilous and nefarious  act hence, as the chief security officer of the state to have made such an offensive and odious statement at the peril of the masses who presumably gave their mandate is not only satanic but demonic.

in furtherance of my anger and many with like minds, we are huffy as there are much humbug in that statement while we are also hung-up about what is about to befall the state.

In this likes, there is no doubt that Governor Okowa is a recidivist who may have his mission different from what many thought he represented hence, he should have known that the success and failure of the state depends on his competence.

I wonder why a sane governor would make such a statement haven known that the state is in comatose  while everything is epileptic as workers salaries has not been paid for a longtime.

With reference to the above, we recapitulate the popular saying that where a man works is where he gets his salary and that you can not work with johnholt and go to Leventis for your pay or, for the management of John Holt to deny owing you your salary when your employment with them is not in question.

Ruminating on the above and other examples, one will be in doubt if Okowa actually spoke with his clean heart since he is claiming that the state is not owing state workers salary while we ask, who then is?  who gets  the federal allocation and who is the  chief executive officer of the state? Where are they working?

Okowa, please, tell us who is owing the people that you are governing.
We are waiting for your answer.
