Group Honours The Immediate Past Ika South Local Government Boss While Soaring Support For Okowa's Reelection..

A socio political pressure group known as the Bridge Builders with its membership across Ika South constituency, yesterday, 13, November, 2017, Honoured the immediate Past Ika South Local Government Boss while declaring her support and admonishing the good people of Ika to support Dr Ifeanyi Okowa since government is a continuum and also to enable him consolidate his overwhelming work.

In an exclusive Interview by news men, the convener, Sir IDION Peter, says," we are for great achievement and in this, we Are supporting Okowa's reelection since he has proved beyond reasons that he is a great manager through his intimidating achievements even in the face of acute recession.".



Also speaking further, he said," looking elsewhere when we have a trusted hand is like committing genocide. So we must avoid that in order not to incure the rot of God by seeking the interest of the people."

Sir Peter IDION further stressed that the group is for the betterment of the people especially the downtrodden which can be seen in the the people present.

Responding to the honour, the immediate former Local Government Boss, Hon. Fred Ofume, thanked the group and said," never in the history of our dear Local Government have we had such harmonisation with people coming together and drumming support for their own." He further stressed that he was overwhelmed with joy as people of great Might came from different corners of the Local Government just to honour him.

He further thanked the convener, Sir IDION Peter and the Chairman Mr. Chuks Emuebie, for the ample opportunity to be honoured by men and women of sangfroid  personality.
