Gov. Okowa Humiliated By Popular Artiste Maleke At Ika Carnival 2016

Maleke, who hails fro Umunede in Ika North East Local Government of Delta State, had merely thrilled the crowd with some musical dance steps and comedies before he suddenly stopped the entertainment and started raining abuses and insults on the Governor of the State who happens to be his Ika brother for the hardship the governor has foisted on the state.

The people were surprised at the actions of the popular artiste for the harsh and insulting words he was aiming at the governor. The DJ,  MCs and some section of the crowd tried to cool him down but he vehemently  refused pointing out that the people of the state are suffering bitterly because of the wickedness of Gov.  Okowa.

After much pleading from the audience that he should stop embarrassing his Ika brother and nation,  Maleke yielded to the pleas but not without another harsh words on the failing governor.  The angry Maleke concluded by saying "OKOWA IS AN IDIOT" and left the stage to the bewilderment of his audience who couldn't believe that their own son has humiliated the governor who is his brother.

Maleke's action against his own Ika born governor Okowa is a testament to the continuous crying of Deltans that the "prosperity for all Deltans" mantra by Governor Okowa and his ills is a sham and actually "poverty for all Deltans".

THE BLOOPER OF GOVERNOR OKOWA'S SPEECH

As the administration of an Anioma son begins to wallow in recession and even depression, facts are now emerging as Deltans are now seeing the opposite of the prosperity slogan used by our governor during his last campaign as the state is not only in paradox but as it is said that in the midst of material abundance many can barely eke out a living. This negative socio-economic phenomenon has being perpetuated by the Governor’s sycophantic appointees who are presumed to be educationally literate but ethically illiterate and has lacked the moral qualification to be appointees. These appointees and their fans have impulse for obsession with material compulsion for short cut to affluence glorification by some members of the society whose major but unfortunate parameter index for measuring good life is flamboyant, affluence and conspicuous consumption despite the dwindling economy. To this end, the Governor should have known that formal educational qualification is not enough for any state that are preparing for growth rather, he made a mistake and was propagated by his sycophantic appointees who didn’t know the implication of his statement” OUR EDUCATIONAL CURRICULUM SHOULD REFLECT THE 213 CENTURY”. To some, he meant well since it’s a matter of perception while to others, and people like us who are ethically literate in the moral compass he committed a big blunder. Over the time, it has being discovered that moral education is imminent and should not be left out when considering education as an indices for development. It is therefore clear that moral problem in the society which are: corruption, greed, dishonesty, violent, crime, political killing, electoral malpractice and other destructive behaviors call for moral value education. Presently, corruption drives and shapes social value in the state, and for some individual, the quest for “EASY MONEY” is a justification for breaking the laws of the State and distorting public policies directed towards Development. More-over, morality would not be important to the young ones if it does not matter to the adult. The young ones need inspiring role models of people who make positive contributions to their communities, but because many of them are ethically illiterates they do not know that corruption has socially injured us. To this end, it is evident that there is moral decadence among youth since many of them do not seem to realize that bribery, electoral violence, nepotism, looting and many more vicesare anti social behavior and are responsible for social unbalance in the state. Governor Okowa made a mistake not to have known that “moral education” can promote moral development. Permit me to say that the young ones are growing up believing that elective and appointed positions are for self interest and not for public interest just as many both young and old would say when they hear that some one won an election or an appointment. ”HE DON HAMMER“. These has not only resulted in several cutback and backdrop in the system but has equally affected our entrepreneurial habit even the civil service jobs has become humdrum, boring and unrewarding in spite of our material abundance just because our Governor and his cabinet have become Chiselers and are perilously governing us. They created pitfalls and scattered them along life highways and have therefore reaped a place for Deltans in the HALL OF POVERTY. They still continue to DIG even when they have discovered that we have been DOGG in a HOLE. This has not only made development an elusive concept but that there is a cry of SHAME since all monies voted for developments have now been diverted into private purse. Today, we celebrate these ROBBERS who have ROBBED us in broad day light due to the negative effects of their baseline of poverty. They are equally threatened as there is little they can loot compared to before and are now falling back to the poor masses by introducing various taxes like, property tax, okada riders tax, artisan tax, Haulage tax and even going as far as reducing Delta State staff strength by sacking more civil servants. Instead of addressing this negative trend, his sycophantic boys are Peddling AWARD for the Governors Father as the best teacher who retired since 1985.

VERIZON TO BUY OVER YAHOO WITH $4.8BN

Yahoo’s future may be decided on Monday following reports that the company will be acquired by Verizon Communications in a $4.8 billion deal.

Reported by Bloomberg citing a source with direct knowledge, the agreement is said to be announced before the markets open and will drastically change the course of Yahoo’s future, one that has been wrought with failed turnaround attempts by multiple leaders. Verizon was said to have won the bid amid a battle among numerous competitors including private equity firm TPG, a group led by Quicken Loans’ Dan Gilbert, and even AT&T.

Paying $4.8 billion for Yahoo is slightly more than what Verizon paid for AOL a year ago and the relationship is aimed at strengthening the telecommunication company’s advertising and content offerings. Yahoo’s Brightroll technology will likely be one of the focal points of this deal as well as perhaps elements from the company’s Maven’s product.

Final proposals by bidders interested in Yahoo were scheduled to be submitted last week. During the company’s earnings call, chief executive Marissa Mayer declined to announce a deal, instead saying the board intends to “deliver shareholder value with this process.” Additionally, the “independent strategic review committee continues to manage this effort and we’re making great process.”

Will this signal the end for Mayer’s tenure as CEO? Reports suggest that she’s on her way out and shareholders even expressed their disapproval at Yahoo’s last annual meeting. But should she walk away, it’s estimated that she’ll take with her a $55 million severance package.

Yahoo first opened up bids on itself in February as part of an “aggressive strategic plan” put forth by the board amid fighting by activist shareholders. While Mayer’s team implemented cost cutting measures, including laying off 15 percent of its workforce, it was all done to make itself leaner and more appealing to potential suitors. Verizon had always been considered a front-runner for the move, even utilizing AOL CEO Tim Armstrong to woo the company.

But while Verizon would own Yahoo, it would only be its core business. Whoever is left in charge at the company will be the caretaker of a 35.5 percent stake in Yahoo Japan and a 15 percent holding in Alibaba.

''BEWARE OF FAKE MEN OF GOD''....---Pastor Anita Oyakhilome Cries Out

Pastor Anita

When people talk about winning souls these days, I feel absolutely concerned for the so-called souls. It looks to me like a lion on a breakfast mission, in search for his hunt; he hides behind the grass for an unwise lamb that would wander away from the herd in search of fresh grass. This will be an easy catch and good feast for the lion’s plate.

When I hear these people talk about winning souls, I feel sorry for the souls who have no idea of what they are getting into. It sometimes sounds to me like blood-thirsty people desperate to count the number of innocent, ignorant people who will give their blood to be sucked. These souls are classified, as the needy, can undoubtedly be gullible in their search for solutions and wanting to identify or belong to a community.

These souls are caught when they are most vulnerable maybe they have lost a loved one, in a bad relationship with their parents or family, in need of healing or desperate for a change. At this point they will give anything and do anything without a second thought.

When caught by the wrong hands, they will start running in a wheel. Initially, the souls will be treated with some measure of care, so they do not detach. This will be short lived to prepare them to be trained as unconscious servants. Once the attachment is built, they would start attending endless meetings till they begin to be unavailable for their loved ones and disassociate from their families over time.

The Dark Side Of Bianca Ojukwu Revealed

Bianca Ojukwu
Self serving rather than a servant of the people, the concept of Bianca Odimegwu Ojukwu being a "Non-Career Ambassador" to Spain, first is critical to staying to the "True North".

Nigerian Ambassadors who have tasted success soon may come to a realization that they made it all happened and without them the Embassy is lost.

Former Ambassador Ojukwu did not taste success, she taught she knew it all and no one can do it better, its time she remember that the Biafrans opened an illegal Embassy in Spain when she served as Ambassador and she did not raise a red flag to them.

Going back to basics on why she was appointed as an Ambassador, is necessary for her to stay true to the cause, Chapter 1 (General Provisions) Art. 2. (1) Nigerian Constitution ''Nigeria is one indivisible and indissoluble sovereign state to be known by the name of the Federal Republic of Nigeria''.

Her misadventure and unwillingness to act was her courage to break the Nigerian law and getting away without notice, a continued practice of exploitation of unseen weaknesses of the system and environment, till it becomes too big to hide. Why did the Biafrans open their illegal Embassy in Spain? why did they do so when she served as ambassador? who is behind them?. Her dark side at the Nigerian Embassy in Madrid, unmasked.
