See NYSC Certificate Signed By Same Ex-DG Who "Signed" For Adeosun After Leaving Office

Looks like NYSC DGs usually sign the certificates far ahead of time and not necessarily when participants complete their service. But in the case of Madam Kemi Adeosun, she applied for exemption, hence it's becomes controversial how such could be possible, considering the much difference in the date the DG left office and the date stated on her "NYSC Certificate".
